Make Money with AI

Turn useful work into
something people will pay for.

AI can help you produce, organize and deliver work. Income comes from solving a problem for a paying customer. Learn how to choose an offer, prove its value and deliver it responsibly.

Free learning resource. No income guarantees, required purchases or paid course enrollment.

Two ways to put this to work

For individuals

Start with a skill you can check and a small service you can deliver. Use AI for drafts and repetitive work; you remain responsible for the finished result.

For organizations

Improve an existing offer, sell an additional service or reduce the cost of delivery. Measure paid demand and contribution margin. Time saved is capacity, not automatically cash or revenue.

01 / Choose a path

Six practical business models

These are starting points to test, not claims of proven demand or typical earnings. Choose a field you understand. Expand a guide for the buyer, deliverable, workflow and quality checks.

Writing & editingContent repurposing

Potential buyer

A business or expert with original videos, interviews or articles but limited publishing time.

A defined first offer

Turn one client-owned interview into three edited posts and one email draft, with one revision round.

How to deliver

  1. Obtain permission to use the source and agree on audience, voice, length and delivery date.
  2. Transcribe or summarize with an approved tool. Mark unclear passages rather than inventing quotations.
  3. Draft several formats, verify each factual statement against the source, edit for voice and deliver for approval.

What the buyer must approve

Source accuracy, permissions, brand voice and final wording. Publishing is a separate permission.

How to test demand

Create one clearly labeled sample from your own content. Ask three suitable businesses whether this specific package solves a recurring problem.

Starter prompt

Using only the supplied source, draft three posts and one email for [audience]. Preserve the meaning. Flag missing facts, unsupported claims and unclear quotations. Do not invent results or testimonials.
OperationsBusiness documents & procedures

Potential buyer

A small team with a repeatable task that is poorly documented.

A defined first offer

Convert one owner-approved process into a step-by-step procedure, checklist and handover sheet.

How to deliver

  1. Interview the person who performs the task and observe an approved example.
  2. Have AI organize the notes into responsibilities, steps, exceptions and escalation points.
  3. Walk through the draft with the operator. Test it on a low-risk task and correct omissions before delivery.

What the buyer must approve

The process owner verifies every step. Do not sell specialist legal, medical or safety certification you cannot provide.

How to test demand

Show a before/after example with fictional details. Ask whether unclear handovers create measurable rework.

Starter prompt

Organize these approved notes into a draft procedure with owner, inputs, steps, exceptions and review checklist. Identify gaps as questions. Do not invent policy, technical instructions or compliance claims.
EcommerceProduct listing improvement

Potential buyer

A seller with accurate product information but inconsistent listings.

A defined first offer

Rewrite five existing product descriptions and produce a fact-check sheet. One marketplace and one language.

How to deliver

  1. Collect approved specifications, target audience and the marketplace's current requirements.
  2. Use AI to draft clear descriptions from those facts without inventing features or benefits.
  3. Check model numbers, compatibility, measurements and every claim. Deliver drafts and a change log.

What the buyer must approve

The seller approves factual accuracy, brand rights and platform compliance. No ranking or sales guarantee.

How to test demand

Offer a short audit of a public listing without copying private data. Validate whether the seller values accuracy and editing enough to pay.

Starter prompt

Rewrite this product listing using only these approved specifications. Separate verified features from missing information. Do not infer compatibility, performance, certifications or customer reviews.
Technical • more experienceWorkflow automation

Potential buyer

A team doing the same low-risk administrative handoff repeatedly.

A defined first offer

Map one workflow and build a small approved prototype, such as converting a form response into a draft task.

How to deliver

  1. Record the manual baseline, failure cases, data permissions and cost ceiling.
  2. Prototype with test data and existing approved tools. Keep human approval before external actions.
  3. Test errors, duplicates and recovery. Deliver documentation, access ownership and a defined maintenance scope.

What the buyer must approve

A named owner approves access and each consequential action. Define responsibility for subscriptions, API charges and support.

How to test demand

Observe a real repeated task before proposing software. Sell a bounded discovery/pilot first, not an untested autonomous system.

Starter prompt

Map this workflow into inputs, decisions, outputs and approval points. Identify private data, failure cases, duplicate-action risks and ongoing costs. Propose a small test using existing approved tools.
TeachingPractical AI workshops

Potential buyer

A team that needs help applying AI to a specific everyday task.

A defined first offer

A one-hour workshop on one skill, with a practice exercise, answer-checking checklist and follow-up notes.

How to deliver

  1. Choose a task you can demonstrate competently, such as organizing meeting notes.
  2. Build examples with fictional or authorized data and test the exact exercise in advance.
  3. Teach the workflow, let participants practice, assess the output and gather specific feedback.

What the buyer must approve

Tool availability, accessibility, data rules and learning objective. Do not imply a credential or guaranteed productivity gain.

How to test demand

Run a small practice session and measure whether participants can complete the task independently. Ask the sponsor about a paid repeat.

Starter prompt

Design a one-hour beginner workshop on [task]. Include a demonstration, supervised exercise, fact-checking steps and a way to assess learning. Use fictional data and avoid guaranteed outcomes.
Templates & guidesUseful digital resources

Potential buyer

A narrowly defined audience with a recurring planning or documentation need.

A defined first offer

An original template plus worked example and clear instructions for one task.

How to deliver

  1. Interview potential users and identify a gap in existing free or paid alternatives.
  2. Create original content with AI assistance, then check accuracy, rights and usability.
  3. Test with a real user, correct confusing steps and define delivery, updates and support before sale.

What the buyer must approve

Originality, permissions, usability and current platform rules. AI output alone does not establish ownership or quality.

How to test demand

Validate one small resource with your audience before building a large catalog. A download or like is not a sale.

Starter prompt

Help design an original [template] for [audience] to complete [task]. Ask for missing requirements. Include a fictional worked example, limitations and a user-test checklist. Do not imitate another creator's work.

02 / Learn the process

From idea to a first paid pilot

A seven-day practice plan, not a promise of a sale within seven days. Spend longer on any step that needs work.

Day 1 • Pick one problem

Choose one customer type and a task you already understand. Describe the problem in the customer's language, not AI terminology.

Day 2 • Listen before building

Ask about the current process, frequency, time, mistakes and existing alternatives. Ask what they would pay to improve; record objections.

Day 3 • Make a small sample

Use your own, fictional or explicitly approved material. Label samples honestly. Demonstrate the finished work, not a list of tools.

Day 4 • Define the offer

Specify deliverables, exclusions, deadline, revision limit and acceptance criteria. Price with your costs and time included.

Day 5 • Make a relevant approach

Contact a suitable prospect through a permitted channel. Explain one problem you can solve and ask whether a small paid pilot would help. Avoid bulk spam and invented familiarity.

Day 6 • Deliver and review

Agree on scope and payment arrangements before starting. Check every deliverable yourself. Get approval before publishing or changing a live system.

Day 7 • Measure and decide

Record payment received, total hours, fees, costs, revisions and feedback. Improve, repeat or stop based on the evidence. Ask permission before using client work or a testimonial.

For an organization: separate revenue, margin and capacity

Choose one existing workflow or offer. Compare the same kind of work before and after a small pilot, including review time and mistakes.

New revenue

A new service or a better offer can produce revenue only when customers actually buy. Track paid orders, refunds, renewals and delivery costs.

Better margins

If AI reduces the cost of delivering the same approved quality, contribution can improve. Count review, rework, training, software and support.

More capacity

Illustration: saving one hour on ten tasks per week creates ten hours of capacity. It is not cash savings unless expenditure falls, or additional profitable work is sold and delivered.

Pilot worksheet: workflow → current time and cost → AI-assisted method → data/approval boundaries → quality checks → actual results → keep, revise or stop.

03 / Build your offer

Build a clear first offer

Choose a model above, then customize this worksheet. Your entries stay on this page; they are not sent to an AI service or saved. Download before leaving.

04 / Check the numbers

Check the economics before quoting

Illustrative planning only. Defaults are hypothetical, not market rates or expected earnings. Use one currency throughout; selecting a currency changes labels, not exchange rates.
