When one shift hands work to the next, what gets lost: open tasks, customer promises, or the reason something is blocked? AstraCruz is evaluating a self-service operations kit designed around those gaps. It includes eight guided workflows and a handover example you can inspect. The proposed price is $249. Before release, we want to know whether it solves a problem your business would actually pay to fix. If you choose to participate, describe one recurring task, how you handle it today, and what would have to improve to justify that price. What we are evaluating
Eight guided workflows cover customer follow-ups, daily reports, shift handovers, task tracking, administrative records, standard operating procedures, process improvement and management reporting. The prototype includes editable text templates, reusable AI instructions, fictional examples and human verification steps.
An optional offline Python tool sorts a structured task list into a handover report. AI drafting uses your own approved AI service. The tool requires an existing Python 3.9 or later installation; the manual guides can be used without it.
App integrations, unattended automation, a deployed chatbot and personalized consulting are not included. We have not yet established customer demand or measured customer time savings.
