Complete a practical project and keep it current
Produce a reusable task package with evidence and limits.
Understand
Bring the lessons together in one small project. Your finished package should contain a task brief, a reusable prompt, safe example inputs, an edited result, a verification checklist and a decision about whether to keep using the method. The quality of the package matters more than a completion checkbox.
For the personal path, prepare a realistic plan for a non-sensitive household or learning goal. For the business path, prepare a fictional client-call checklist and a draft follow-up that stays within the supplied facts. You can use the existing demos or complete the worked exercises on paper. Do not send messages, connect accounts or purchase tools as part of the project.
Keep a dated version of your instructions and note which tool and settings you tested, if any. Recheck after a model, tool, source or policy changes. Keep a few test cases and include a missing-information case. If results worsen, stop or return to the manual method. Follow official product documentation for changing capabilities rather than assuming an old screenshot still applies. This is self-directed practice, not a professional credential or proof of mastery.

Personal practice
Complete your household or learning plan. Include available time, two alternatives, the final choice, assumptions and your review notes. Explain one situation in which you would not use AI for this task.
Business practice
Complete the fictional client-call package. Include inputs, a checklist, a proposed follow-up, factual checks, who approves it, and what would stop the process. Do not claim the message was sent.
Keep: Your finished task package. Use the printable practice sheet below to record it locally.
Use fictional or non-sensitive information. Written practice does not require an AI account. The live demos are optional; other tools have their own terms and costs.
Show the answer and explanation
A saved output with checked facts, unresolved gaps and clear action status.. Inspectable work and a clear account of what happened are stronger than claims or completion markers.
